THE COLOPHON.
Phase 1 • Ideation
Before opening an editor, I spend time understanding the problem, mapping out features, and thinking through how everything should work together. I focus on what truly matters first: the core functionality, the data flow, and the experience I want to create. Only once the idea feels clear do I move forward.
Phase 2 • The Struggle
I jump straight into development, writing code, breaking things, fixing them, and repeating the cycle. Early versions are rough, but alive. Features take shape, APIs connect, and the product slowly becomes usable. Iteration is constant — refining logic, improving flows, and making sure each part of the system works seamlessly with the rest.
Phase 3 • Polish
Instead of adding more features, I focus on polishing what's already there. I optimize performance, simplify code, improve reliability, and make sure everything feels fast and stable. The goal is a product that doesn't just work — it feels solid, scalable, and ready for real users.
